What's up with Eva/GR!M/etc.?

I'm new here, but clearly this individual has major issues. I mean, yeah, psychological issues, but I'm actually referring to the issues with Legion. Anyone care to lay down some backstory, for those of us not here since the early days?

And not to piss on the parade, but can we keep to [b]facts[/b] as much as possible? Clearly, emotions are running high with this stuff. No doubt, GR!M/Coolio/WhatEvaHerNameIs is on here too, and I'd prefer this not be a flame war, at least not until there has been at least some posting of some actual information.
